The remanufacturing process includes
1.Recycing and assessment: Recvcling obsolete fuly mechanized mining supports, conducting preiminary monitoring and classification, evaluating theremaining lifespan and repairability of the core structural components, and determining the feasibility of remanufacturing

2.Dismanting and cleaning: Completely dismanting the supports, removing rust, ol stains, and damaged components, and thoroughly cleaning the partssing technologies such as high-pressure water jet and ultrasonic cleaning

3.Detection and repair. Using technologies such as magnetic particle flaw detection, ultrasonic testing, and three-dimensional scaning to detect cracksdefomations, and wear of the structural components. For key core components such as hydrauic columns, jacks, and valve groups,repair or replacement icaried out by means of laser cladding, honing, electroplating, etc. For pins, ear seais, etc. with excessive wear,technologies such as laser cladaing and thermal spraying are used to restore the original dimensions or replace them with new parts

4.Structural strengthening: Conducting repair welding or additive manufacturing repair on load-bearing components such as the roof beam and the shieldbeam to enhance the compression resistance and impact resistance.
