The buffer bed consists of a buffer slide and a metabracket.The buffer slide is composed of ultra high moleculapolyethylene material with flame retardant and antistaticproperties, buffer rubber and metal framework, which is suit.able for surface and underground coal mine environment.

The surface of the buffer slide is made of a special polymer nano material, which has the characteristics of flame retar-dant, antistatic, high wear resistance, low friction resistance, impact resistance and self lubrication. it will not cause damages to the convevor belt and increase the additional power when it is subiected to material impact and belt friction.
