1、Equipment IntroductionThis equipment mainly consists of a first stage coarse filtration (with an outlet), a second stage fine filtration (with anoutlet), a third stage precision security filtration (without an outlet), a fourth stage reverse osmosis filtration (with anoutlet), and a stainless steel clean water tank.

3、Workflow
(4) Automatic control of high and low liguid levels in the purified water tank: The float ball pilot valve of the watertank is linked with the hydraulic control valve of the reverse osmosis host.
(2) The primary and secondary filtration is divided into two ways, one is for underground cooling water (spray pumpwater), and the other is for underground automatic proportioning water (into reverse osmosis).
(3 The purified water tank supplies liquid to the automatic proportioning device through a centrifugal pump
4、Process Introduction
①Primary coarse filtration: flow rate90T/h.accuracy 200:-treatment consisting of pressure reducing
valve, coarse filter (blue filter), safety valve, et... the effluent meets the reauirements of the mine for spray water:(2 Secondary precision filtration: flow rate > 35T/h, accuracy 40 y m, composed of fiber ball filter (built-in hy-draulic motor), multi way valve, etc., with the characteristics of high filtration speed, high precision, and large pollutantcapacity,manual backwashing;
(3) Third level precision security filtration: including precision bag filters (two 10 u m parallel), security filters (5 um), dosing devices, etc. Thoroughly filter and remove all insoluble particles and heavy metal substances larger than 5y m and above from the raw water to prevent blockage and scaling of the RO membrane.
(4) Fourth level reverse osmosis: The reverse osmosis effluent capacity is > 10T/h, and the reverse osmosis ef.fluent meets the drinking water standards, providing a clean water source for the support and liquid preparation;(5) Stainless steel purified water tank, centrifuaal pump, inked pilot operated floating ball valve.
