▀All structural members are modular and standardized, which can assemble into optimal roof supports of various types and shapes according to actual underground conditions.
▀All structural members are made to minimum size and weight for the necessary of shipping, assembly and disassembly, especially maintenance & exchange of components or supports during working face production. This is almost impossible for common powered support to achieve. The modular powered roof support is highly applicable to underground mines that have small pit diameter, narrow roadway, bad transportation condition and frequent shifting.
▀The modular powered roof support is characterized typically in light weight, high supporting strength and strong roof cutting, which can be used in machine mining as well as blasting mining working face. it is as easy to operate as common powered roof support.
▀The support canopy is of hinged structure with face guard set in front to effectively prevent from roof fall and rib spalling.
▀The base is of front-rear hinged structure, which has great adaptability to the floor.
▀The used four-linkage structure along with little change of canopy end gap and little specific pressure on floor of base front, makes the support high capability of partial loading, twisting & horizontal thrust resistance, reliability, safety and great adaptability.
