Roof support advantage and applicable coal seam
1. Higher stability with integrated canopy: this kind of roof supports use beam to connect with all roof support, it can effectively avoid roof support sliding.
2. Can be used on high-gradient coal seam. This roof support is applicable for high-inclination coal seam ≤45°.
3. Easy transportation and installation. This roof support main structure includes canopy and leg two parts. Canopy and leg is being transported to underground by separate, very easy to be transported in underground, very low requirement on tunnel width and height, when being installed, only put roof support lifter in face, it can be easily installed.
4. Easy move face and easy dismount-age. This roof support main structure includes two parts, i.e., canopy and leg, which can be transported in underground separately, very easy to be dismounted and installed in underground, it has very low requirement on tunnel width.
5. Very big ventilation cross section. This roof support only has canopy and leg, so it has very big ventilation cross section in working face.
6. Low Labor cost. This roof support only require to be controlled by control valve, then can be easily advance roof support and support the face, greatly reduce labor cost.
