Roof-Combined Chain Haulage Top-Walking Roof Support (Patent No.: 200510070729.7)

 

The roof-combined chain haulage top-walking roof support is a kind of new support equipment between mechanized mining bracket and suspended bracket. It inherits the former’s advantages of high safety, good entirety, no need of mesh lying, and ability to move by itself. It also has the features of strong adaptability, light weight, easy operation, convenient disassembly and assembly, as well as convenient transport.

This product can be used not only for working face with good geological conditions but also for working face with broken roof, soft floor, easy spalling, many faults, and large inclination. It can also be used for top coal caving. It functions properly when the gap between two faults is 0.5m or more.

Our product also has prominent locking function. It can still withstand 30 and 20 tons of lateral force in the front and rear as well as left and right directions respectively after leg unload. This ensures stability of the support under large mining height and large inclination of 45 degrees.
