Hydraulic Chain Tensioner  

 

Hydraulic Chain Tensioner is installed onto connection casing between reducer and motor, to strain scraper chain by way of driving reducer by hydraulic motor. The characteristics cover:

a. The imported motor provides power, tension safety and reliability, with its overload protection.

b. The tooth clutch controls combination and separation of hydraulic chain tensioner and reducer, to achieve east & reliable operation.

c. The mechanical limit device is adopted to prevent possible accidents, in case of disconnection of hydraulic chain tensioner.

d. The hydraulic source and working medium of hydraulic chain tensioner is as same as those of hydraulic supports of the exactly same face.

e. It requires only a little space due to impacted structure.

There are mainly kinds of hydraulic chain tensioners: 5JL, 8JL and 11JL, for selection based on length and diameter of scraper chain.
