Our intelligent pump station is composed of the emulsion pump, emulsion tank, and variable frequency control device. The control device can reflect the basic operating status of the pump station in a real time. Through this device, oil temperature, oil level, liquid level, liquid temperature, and other parameters’ valve can be obtained.

Features

High Degree of Automation: the variable frequency control device is energy-saving and it can reduce the wear of the pump station, thus prolonging the service life of the equipment.

Powerful Functions: this device is available in two types: Type I and Type II.

Type I has the following functions: overvoltage protection, under voltage protection, over current protection, short circuit protection, and three-phase unbalance protection, constant pressure automatic control, power outrage and lockout when door opened, wind power lockout, gas locking, leakage blocking.

 

Type II, on the basis of Type I, is added with measuring and display functions. It can measure and display the water pressure, water level, water temperature, oil level, oil temperature, oil pressure, and emulsion concentration.

Energy Saving: The motor is in the stop state after using this variable frequency control device, which saves energy and the energy saving rate is 40% to 50%.
