The Aqueous Medium Pump Station is invented by SAI NUO, after receiving the ZXMWG No.[2008] 10^th notice "Regarding Promoting Application of Aqueous Medium Hydraulic Prop", issued by China National Coal Association and EREPC of ACEF.

1. Structure

The suction chamber and gear box separation structure are introduced into the pump unit. The anti-corrosion treatment of suction chamber makes the clean water pump never rust. Meanwhile, the compact structure achieves material saving and increases the harmony of pump unit.

2. Technology

All parts that have contact to water are completed with zinc-nickel alloy plating. The advanced rust prevention treatment greatly improves property of pump station.

3. Environmental Protection

The clean water is used as medium instead of emulsion solution. Thus, there will be no contamination at all to subsurface water with the Aqueous Medium Pump Station. Furthermore, it reduces coal mining cost.

4. Universal use

The Aqueous Medium Pump Station can work with neutral water, as well as emulsion solution. And it requires little to the concentration of emulsion solution.
