As a replacement for traditional star delta starting device and autotransformer for starting motor, the Mining Explosion Proof and Intrinsically Safe AC Soft Starter is used in the underground coal mine with explosive gases in the power line with voltage of 50Hz and 1140 or 660 V respectively for the use of soft start and shutdown of motor with the rated current below 400A, to reduce shock. It is applicable to the control of belt conveyor, AFC, stage loader and other underground equipment.

This product is carefully designed and has national intellectual property right. It is applicable to matching pump station to achieve automatic control of emulsion pump station. When the face equipment needs emulsion solution, the pump station can automatically start based on this product. Once face equipment shutdowns, the pump station will automatically stop, which can realize energy saving by 30% and service life extension of pump station by 100%. At the same time, the product has the function of detecting liquid level/temperature & auto proportioning of emulsion solution of emulsion solution tank, and oil level/temperature/pressure of emulsion pump lube oil, in order to ensure safe operation of pump station, to achieve unattended operation.
